Job responsibilities1. Channel Development: Proactively identify potential clients through phone calls, visits, and other methods, collect potential customer information, understand customer needs, and secure orders.
2. Relationship Maintenance: Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients and develop new customer relationships; contact clients, prepare quotations, conduct business negotiations, sign contracts, handle detailed communications, and manage payment collection.
3. Performance Achievement: Actively execute and achieve the company's monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, meeting sales performance goals.
4. Team Collaboration: Emphasize teamwork, coordinate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and seamless integration across teams.Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in English, Trade, Economics, or related fields.
2. 3-4 years of sales experience in the electronics industry is preferred.
3. Knowledge or strong interest in the sales of electronic components, ICs, integrated circuits, semiconductors, etc.
4. Experience in developing end markets, factory clients, and promoting IC agents and distribution channels.
5. Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills, with experience in independently visiting key clients.
6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure with persistence and determination.

Job ObjectiveThe Senior Procurement Specialist ensures cost-effective acquisition of high-quality materials and services by optimizing procurement processes, negotiating favorable terms, and maintaining strong supplier relationships. The role focuses on minimizing costs, ensuring timely delivery, and supporting the company's strategic goals.
Job responsibilities1. Fully support sales requirements by obtaining quotes for electronic components through original manufacturers, authorized distributors, or traders. Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and lead times, ensuring timely delivery from suppliers.
2. Based on quotes from multiple channels, input pricing information into the system and communicate market trends of materials to sales in a timely manner.
3. Facilitate the finalization of sales orders to drive sales growth and achieve departmental performance targets.
4. Execute procurement contracts and issue purchase orders to suppliers once sales have confirmed procurement requirements.
5. Manage and track order execution to ensure timely delivery, as well as sufficient quantity and quality.
6. Monitor orders in real-time, track the logistics status of goods, and ensure on-time delivery.
7. Promptly follow up on suppliers' shipping status, obtain tracking information, and synchronize relevant updates with the sales department.
8. Supervise and inspect the fulfillment of procurement contracts, communicate with the finance department in a timely manner, and complete payment requests and processing.
9. Develop competitive sources for electronic components, including original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and traders.
10. Establish a comprehensive evaluation system for supplier credit, performance, and trade references, and complete supplier documentation.
11. Continuously explore new channels and suppliers, conduct regular supplier visits, and promote long-term cooperation between suppliers and Amble.
Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in English, Trade, Economics, or related fields.
2. 3-4 years of experience in electronic component procurement is preferred. Familiarity with the electronic component market, established procurement channels, and access to preferred suppliers is a plus. Ability to develop high-quality suppliers.
3. Proficient negotiation skills, contract execution capabilities, information collection and processing abilities, and a strong sense of risk control.
4. Excellent communication skills, strong resilience under pressure, and high execution efficiency. Proactive, responsible, optimistic, and efficient.
